Before bringing device for repair, please be advised of the following..

  1. You will need to have your computer Admin password.
  2. Find My Device must be turned off in iCloud.
  3. A Time Machine (preferably) or other type of backup should be completed if possible.
  4. If parts are required for the repair, the machine must remain at Argosy west until completed.

 

Service Response Choices”

Emergency Service:   $50 surcharge gets immediate and exclusive attention to your problem.

Priority Service:          $25 surcharge places the job ahead of standard service.

Scheduled Service:
   $25 surcharge to have overnight turnaround, scheduled in advance.

Standard Service:      First in, first out. Standard turnaround is 5 business days, pending parts.

Standard Service Fee: $80.00 per hour.

On-Site Service Fee: $100.00 per hour.

Estimates:    $20.00 to $40.00

Standard Training Fee:  $60.00 per hour

On-Site Training Fee:  $80.00 per hour

    We hate repeat service events. We carefully interview users when the equipment is checked in to be sure we understand all the problems, then we test every job before it leaves the store to be sure that it’s done right.

  5. Consulting and Training
    Some computer problems are misunderstandings, not malfunctions. We can fix “cockpit trouble” too. We may suggest better software or hardware to ease the problem. Argosy West can supply the goods and the training needed to make you efficient, productive, and satisfied.

Service Warranty:  WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK!

  1. 1. If a service part fails under warranty, we will perform repairs as priority service with no charge for parts and labor. Apple parts: 90 day warranty. RAM: lifetime warranty. Other parts: determined by manufacturer
  2.  If an unrelated problem appears within 30 days, we will provide parts at cost.
